4. Payment Terms

8. Liability and Insurance

• Securing personal belongings
• Following safety protocols
• Reporting security concerns
• Not sharing access credentials

10. Termination

10.1 By Member

Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice as specified in their membership agreement.

10.2 By PsammPoste

We may terminate membership immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Disruptive behavior
• Breach of community standards

11. Force Majeure

PsammPoste is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to members with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
